WAG Wednesdays: Macro Tracking at Chipotle
When you’re on the go, tracking your macros can be a headache, but it doesn’t have to be. Thankfully, there are restaurants with healthy options to help you stay on track. We took a visit and calculated the macros for three orders at one of our faves — Chipotle! So next time you’re looking for convenient, macro-friendly options you can pull this out of your toolkit.
- Ask for your salad/bowl ingredients separately, so you can weigh your ingredients at home for precise macro tracking.
- If you’re holding off on fats, skip the guac, sour cream and cheese.

Meal 1: Double Chicken Burrito*
