Q: Why did you decide to join Team WAG?

A: I wanted to take my training to the next level and learn about the importance of nutrition when it comes to recovery and performance. I also wanted to learn more about how to control my portion sizes and how nutrition can make you feel better throughout everyday life.

Q: Was there anything about the program that surprised you?

A: I was surprised that I was able to have the freedom to choose foods I enjoyed rather than having to eat what Adee advised.

Q: As an athlete, your training schedule is intense and varied. How have you managed to stay on track while balancing all of your commitments?

A: My nutrition coach always provides different ways to help me keep variety, as I don't like being repetitive with certain things. I enjoy preparing and look forward to eating so I make it my number 1 priority before and after training and when I travel.

Q: How has your performance in the gym been affected by tracking, if at all?

A: I feel like I am recovering a lot better throughout training and my energy levels are always high throughout the day.

Q: What has been the biggest change you've made in your lifestyle since joining?

A: I am always conscious of having a good balance of training, recovery, eating and having a social life. This allows me to enjoy my journey and constantly feel motivated toward my goals.

Q: What advice do you have for other people considering hiring a nutrition coach?

A: Trust in the process, at the start it can be very challenging to trust what your nutrition coach says because it's very foreign to your normal routine; however, once you give it a couple of weeks you will start to see results and feel a lot more comfortable and have a great understanding of what you have to do and what works for you. It's all about knowing your own body and learning throughout the journey.
