In this episode, Emily Bridgers shows us how she trains for her 5th and last appearance at the CrossFit Games. She’s working to improve all areas of her training so she can come out on top!

Working on her training means getting better at the workouts that aren’t necessarily her fave (we all have them). We follow along with Emily for a day of training in preparation for the Games, as she makes time for what matters most to her — spending time with family.

“It’s about doing the best that I can this year without putting any label on it,” says Emily.
