Benefits of Having a Personal Nutrition Coach (WAG Q&A Ep. 32)
In this week’s episode, Adee’s busting all the myths about Working Against Gravity and answering your most commonly asked questions about the program.
WAG is all about sustainable behavior—our main goal is to prepare you to make smart decisions about nutrition, even when your coach is gone.
We do this with weekly check-ins with your coach, to make sure you’re making progress and go over all the essentials: your macros, how you’re feeling, your mindset and more. It’s very important to have weekly check-ins so your coach can make adjustments to your macros if needed.
Everyone is different, and life is fluid. Even if your macros aren’t changing each week, you should still chat with your coach for help in other areas. Maybe you need help with stress management or mindfulness.
Basically, your coach is your best friend. Don’t be afraid to lean on them!
Adee is the founder of WAG. She has her bachelor’s degree in Honors Psychology, a Master’s in Teaching, and a Master’s in Nutrition & Human Performance. She’s also an athlete, having competed in the National Pro Grid League and winning the Bronze Medal in the 2016 Canadian National Weightlifting Championships.
