I have tried different things to try to get back to a healthy weight since getting out of the military. When you see success stories you think "photoshop" or "that wouldn't work for me". I felt the same, but I wanted to give WAG a try.
At first, I thought I wasted my money. After the first month, I was down around 20+ lbs and felt amazing. I kept it up, and I started to see major changes in my mental and physical health. Now I can't stop as I've built a lifestyle of excellent habits. I didn't work out for the whole first month, but after that, I did start to work out, and all that did was keep me steady!
