  • 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 40 g frozen cauliflower
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • Splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with optional whipped cream & cacao nibs for an extra fancy treat (just don’t forget to adjust your macros!)
