My goal was to lose weight and improve my performance in CrossFit. I have lost 26.8 pounds so far.
I have tried every diet and cleanse out there, and WAG is the only one that has ever worked for me! WAG is the only program that I stuck to for this long where I consistently lose weight and actually keep it off. I love how WAG doesn't restrict any foods but encourages you to make better food choices. It taught me how to make smarter choices, how to be more aware of what I'm eating, how to better balance meals, how to spread macros throughout the day, and how to eat to make me full and give me energy rather than satisfy a craving. I have been able to consistently lose weight and gain more and more confidence in my body image and nutrition. The only negative thing is that all of my clothes are too big now!
