When I joined WAG I was looking to gain a healthier relationship with food. I have struggled with weight, body image, self-esteem, confidence issues my whole life. I wanted to lose fat and gain more muscle mass with WAG, but most importantly, wanted to create good, life long habits that will help me reach my goals while not being overly restrictive. I just wanted to enjoy life again!
At my lowest weight on the program, I was down 13 pounds!
I am so thankful for WAG and my coach. The program has changed my life for the better. I now understand that food is fuel and is not the enemy. I credit WAG for giving me my life back!
