Goal

When I joined the program, I thought I knew quite a bit about nutrition, but wanted to have some help dialing things in to improve my performance. I was working out 6 times a week, but honestly, was a bit soft and was struggling with muscle endurance and nagging injuries. My initial goal was to get leaner, but not impact performance, so my coach provided goals to align with that and I was able to lose 10 lbs in the first couple months. Since then, I have shifted more towards building strength and my coach has done an awesome job helping me meet my goals. I have been able to stay pretty lean while increasing my strength, which has resulted in a gradual gain back up 3-4 lbs.
