I am currently down 17.4 lbs!
I love WAG! Initially, I only planned on completing the three-month minimum, but now I’m hooked. Love how positive and non-judgmental my coach is! She’s always there to reassure me that I’m doing great! Knowing that she’s not going to “yell” at me when I overeat or make a poor choice is a refreshing change from other coaches I’ve had in the past.
Love that I’ve been able to lean up and that I can still have the occasional Sunday donut or pizza. WAG has truly changed my entire mindset and relationship with food.
