Jeff came to us with the goal of shedding fat and gaining muscle — a recomposition. While this can be a slow process, it’s certainly not impossible. We laid out a plan and got clear on expectations. Jeff crushed it! He lost 19 pounds in 17 weeks, was consistent with his diet, had great energy and kept doing all the things he loved to do. As a busy dad and football coach, he had some challenging moments, but always kept sight of his overall goal. Now we’re working on adding more calories back in to bring up his muscle mass while maintaining his new lean physique.
