I knew how to eat well but my main goal was to master the discipline and commitment of eating well. Coming into WAG my main priority was to cut weight for a few reasons. I’m an actor so I simply just wanted to look good on camera lol. Then I fell in love with CrossFit and weightlifting so I wanted to drop to the 89 kg class which I think is a perfect weight for me to compete at.
I honestly wasn’t satisfied with certain things in my life before joining WAG and I was willing to make a change. It’s more than just having a nutrition coach helping you reach goals. It’s a family. There are some things that I expressed to my coach that I would NEVER open up to anyone about. She never judged. In fact, she helped see my way through all the trials and that’s what I love about WAG. At this very moment, I am preparing my self for a 50 mile 50-pound ruck march in honor of our fallen soldiers. I know with the right mindset and the support of this community I will complete this mission. To me, that’s what Working Against Gravity is all about.
