My goal was to gain control of my eating habits, so I could perform better at CrossFit and finally lose the weight I have been trying to lose for 7 years. So far I have lost 33 pounds!
Nothing but Kuddos. I only had my food cut once and I lost all the weight. I thought I would be starved, feel deprived or have no energy. That was not the case. I always felt satisfied and I learned what foods would make the scale move and what foods would make me feel more full. My coach would always go back to protein at night. It always made me rethink how I ate cause i had to step on the scale the next day. Very happy with the check-ins, the pictures, the support, and all the information!
