To lose body fat, change my overall body composition, and become a fitter athlete!
WAG was one of the best decisions I've made. It's not an easy task to focus on nutrition, but working with my coach and WAG has made the whole process feel so much easier. I am so glad I took the leap and focused on dialing in on my nutrition, and I feel and look so much better! No matter what your goals are, WAG will be a great decision to help you get there!
Been a member since the end of August 2017 and I've lost a little bit of weight, but my goal was to change my body composition where I am not as bulky so I can be a better CrossFit athlete. So for the most part now, it's just about maintaining my weight and becoming as lean as possible!
