Goal

My goal was to lose weight, develop an understanding of nutrition specifically for me, and build a better relationship with food.

Since joining WAG on April 4, 2019, I have lost 55.6 lbs. More to come...

Testimonial

I was hesitant to join WAG, I had zero confidence in myself, I was scared and in a bad place. The best thing WAG did was set my macros and set my first check-in two days later. There was no time to get cold feet and back out. I was to start today and we’ll start making progress together. This leads to my coach and the coaching support. My relationship with my coach is more than just macros being assigned and a quick blurb on check-in days. He truly cares and understands the ups and downs of my weight loss journey. He knows about my family vacations and busy work weeks and we game plan for how I can still be successful during these times. My coach is real, we’ve gone through so many things in 72 weeks including a pandemic where our stress levels have been through the roof worried about jobs and family, and even through stressful times we’ve made progress.

As I started this journey I had no idea I would be submitting my story 72 weeks later. We have come a long way and still have work to do. You might be saying who’s we...this is truly a team effort and my coach is a huge part of my success. He’s never given up on me even if I’m having a down week or month and missed multiple check-ins in a row. He’s stern but compassionate and can pull the train back on to the tracks and we continue to make progress. Not only is my coach fantastic, WAG has a Knowledge Base section that has a wealth of information that is always available to read and learn from. The Facebook group is active with great videos from other coaches as well as questions and insights from other individuals on this journey along with you.

WAG has literally been a lifesaver and I can’t thank Adee enough for creating this platform and having a group of coaches that care so much about their clients.
