Smoky, spicy, chipotle mayo gets a macro-friendly makeover! Drop a dollop on tacos, use it as a dip for crudite, or thin it out with a little more lime juice for a spicy, tangy dressing.
1 (serving size = 90 g)
- 40 g fat-free mayo
- 30 g 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 chipotle in adobo, finely chopped into a paste
- 1 tsp (more or less) adobo sauce
- Squeeze of lime
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until incorporated. Add more adobo sauce for a spicier kick!
