I've been using WAG for a few weeks, and it's my first time tracking macros. My coach, Pam, has been fantastic with giving me tips for aligning my diet with my goals and providing links to articles with additional recommendations. The Seismic app + MFP has been an easy combination to incorporate into my routine.

Maria is great! She is always very in depth during my check in and has helped me get back on track with my nutrition goals! The only reason I leave a 4 out of 5 star review is sometimes it takes quite a while to hear back from my check in.

As a personal trainer myself, I KNOW you cannot out train a bad diet. But, there is also just sooo much good info out there for weight loss and muscle gain... to the point that it is hard to find the right balance. The real win with WAG is the accountability and encouragement from a coach, my coach Amy continues to point me to consistency rather than trying to always "make up" for days that didn't go as planned!!

WAG is amazing. I just signed up again after taking a break for a few years, because I feel like I need the extra push to accomplish my current performance goals. The accountability aspect is a gamechanger for me. Just knowing that you always have someone in your corner to listen to what you're struggling with, or to celebrate your successes, is incredible. And you always get it judgement free. WAG coaches don't care where you're starting or what you're currently capable of, they just see a person who's at least taken the first step to making change, and they see what can be.

This program teaches you to focus on your WHOLE self. Having a coach to guide you, resources, and knowledge all at your fingertips is phenomenal! Not only has my relationship with food improved, but I have learned to focus on other areas (sleep, mood, energy) that have contributed to my positive results.

Their coaches are phenomenal communicators, knowledgeable, and most importantly so committed to connecting with their clients. I can't recommend WAG highly enough!

I’ve been a WAG client twice now. The first time was for about a year, which got me to a very healthy weight and introduced me to a sustainable way of eating and working out. The second time is to help fuel me according to some new fitness goals I have - I plan of staying with WAG as my goals evolve. I'm so glad I finally joined WAG. I started with the crash course to make sure I was committed and then began with Tara R right after. Best decision ever. I've learned that I've been undereating for years, but with her guidance and support I've been able to eat more than ever (hi carbs! 👋🏻) and lose fat/weight that I've been carrying and not able to get rid of. Even during a very rough period of my life, she's been a strong supporter of my health and slowing down and always answers with positive science to questions I ask. I may not have my abs yet, but I'm so much more comfortable with my body which is a huge mental win. I'm so thankful to her and this company. More to come and I can't wait!
