I’ve been a WAG client twice now. The first time was for about a year, which got me to a very healthy weight and introduced me to a sustainable way of eating and working out. The second time is to help fuel me according to some new fitness goals I have - I plan of staying with WAG as my goals evolve. I’ve had a few coaches along the way, all of whom have been very thoughtful. I’m so happy I went with WAG!

I'm so glad I finally joined WAG. I started with the crash course to make sure I was committed and then began with Tara R right after. Best decision ever. I've learned that I've been undereating for years, but with her guidance and support I've been able to eat more than ever (hi carbs! 👋🏻) and lose fat/weight that I've been carrying and not able to get rid of. Even during a very rough period of my life, she's been a strong supporter of my health and slowing down and always answers with positive science to questions I ask. I may not have my abs yet, but I'm so much more comfortable with my body which is a huge mental win. I'm so thankful to her and this company. More to come and I can't wait!

No words can really describe how much my WAG coach, Jess, has helped me to achieve my health and fitness goals. I first heard about WAG from Kate Vibert on Instagram. I'm a runner, not a powerlifter, so I wasn't sure if WAG was for me. I had gained some weight because I had been sidelined with an injury, and after trying for months to take it off, I decided to sign up for WAG and the rest is history! Jess coached me through training for the Chicago marathon where, because of her support, I set a personal record and qualified for Boston! Jess helped me to optimize my running performance and get back to my pre-injury weight. I can't thank her enough! I look forward to working with her to help me meet my future goals! It's hard to put into words what joining WAG back in February and having a badass coach has done for me. Physically I'm in the best shape I've been in for years but, more importantly I feel good about ME for the first time, maybe ever, in my 49 years of being a human. Do I attribute all the positive changes in the past year to WAG? No. BUT... WAG has certainly been a catalyst for change as well as a constant source of motivation, accountability, and encouragement.

Working with my nutrition coach, Jess has changed my life. From a history of under-eating, over training and then binge eating because I wasnt seeing results Jess put me Marcos I could sustain, kept me fed and helped with my performance. The things I like is it’s not just nutrition they look at, it’s the inclusive approach of what other factors influence your food choices and how to balance them also. Can’t recommend WAG enough.

Hello, I started with WAG due to a fairly famous Olympic WeightLifter (Katherine Nye) marketing your services. I figured if it was good enough for an Olympic athlete, it has to work for regular people like myself. I am a person that knows a lot about nutrition but I am terrible at keeping myself accountable. I started with WAG to make sure I was accountable to someone besides myself. My coach has been terrific so far, she was even very compassionate and understanding when my sister unexpectedly passed away just as I was getting started. Since then, I have re-started and back on track and I get a lot of encouragement and advice on how to be successful at achieving my goals. Even my coach was out on vacation, the coaches that filled in for her were also very energetic, positive, and made an effort to make a connection even though they were just covering for a week. I just wish I would have started with WAG earlier. It is a great source to keep my on track and focused towards my goals. I highly recommend their services.
