I was hesitant to start macro coaching with a coach I've never met, but those fears quickly dissolved once I began this process with WAG. My coach responded quickly with adjustments when necessary and has really utilized the data we've collected to tailor my plan for wherever I'm at in my training. WAG is amazing at any stage of your wellness/nutrition journey! In 2016, I signed up for WAG and learned so much from my coach and from putting in the work. I gained an understanding of what my trigger foods were and how to create food environments to best set me up for success. I became more mindful of how I was eating and how much I need to support my wellness goals. I learned how to pre-plan meals at restaurants and special events so I could enjoy indulgences without guilt or impeding my progress. And so much more. I graduated with a big toolbox full of new skills to eat intuitively and navigate nutrition on my own- and I did successfully for several years! I rejoined earlier this year (2022). Over a year ago I experienced a decline in health due to an autoimmune issue. After many months of not being able to exercise, my body composition changed. Fortunately, my symptoms have improved significantly and I am back in the gym. My coach is now working on helping me gain muscle and lose body fat. Because of the numerous skills I gained from my first time with WAG, being consistent with macros feels easy now. I love having an outside, objective coach to make suggestions and adjustments to my nutrition. I love not having to spend time trying figure out my macros. I love navigating this phase of my health journey with someone who just wants the best for me. I am so grateful for WAG and my coaches! I can’t recommend them enough!

i've been giving some thought to my year and noticed that I am exactly 1 stone lighter today that I was when I first measured in January and contacted WAG to get some help. We have achieved the objectives set out 1. lose some weight 2 maintain energy to train. I have never managed this before. Towards the back end of the year the adoption of IF and Huel feels like I now a have a method to use which will allow me to maintain or lose weight easily because the administration and prep is now easy. I now have a way, that I know is sustainable, for me to control my weight without relying on exercise. Thanks
