Drop weight while maintaining strength for weightlifting to be more competitive. I dropped from 192 pounds at the heaviest I'd admit - honestly, it'd probably be closer to 195 on the dirty bulking days—to a comfortable 170 pounds.
It's genuinely enjoyable. Kate has been a real pleasure to work with despite my less than A student performance at times. The program has helped me become a lot more honest about my eating habits, as well as what weight class I actually should be in since I'm fairly certain my back has gotten even bigger despite me dropping over 20 pounds. Overall, the program has been an enjoyable way for me to become healthier, more competitive and, amusingly, a better cook.
