Not only has this program helped with nutrition, but overall mindfulness and my relationship with food as a whole. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking this experience with WAG and learning as much as I can, knowing that my coach wants to offer every resource he can to make sure that I can in fact do so and experience awesome results along the way.
