My goal was to get my body fat between 20-22%. I've lost 11 pounds and body fat is 22%!
WAG has been a great program. I realized that before WAG I was under-eating. My weight never moved! My coach increased my calories (which concerned me) and I started losing weight. Who doesn’t want more food? Knowing what my body needs in terms of macros has been crucial to me. I feel fantastic!
