My goal was weight loss and to feel more confident. So far I have lost 17 lbs!
I initially signed up for WAG because I was sick of spending so much time training, having strict food rules, and still not being happy with my body. While I was definitely overwhelmed at first, my coach has consistently met me where I am at every week and has been both a great resource and support system. It takes time, and I'll always be a work in progress, but working with WAG has completely changed my relationship with food, and the habit-building has empowered me not only in my health and fitness but in so many other aspects of my life.
The program has really helped me to get out of my own way and invest in myself. I'm still as busy as the girl in the first photo with a teaching job, two gym jobs, and working on my masters (and I'm soon to be a Ph.D. student!), but I prioritize myself so much more, and it has made a world of difference. My athletic performance, but more importantly, my outlook has made a significant shift, and I look forward to seeing what progress I can make as I continue working with WAG!
