I joined WAG to be happier and feel more comfortable in my body, to fuel my body for my workouts and get leaner. I work as a doctor, have a kid, I'm on the Danish National Weightlifting Team so I wanted to optimize my food because I don't have much time to train so optimizing every parameter possible was a goal for me! I started at 73 kg competing in -69 kg. So we started out with a cut to around 68 kg. Then the new weight classes came and I want to compete in -71 kg so right now we are doing some shorter mass periods so I can fill out -71 kg with muscles :)
I LOVE IT! I'm so much calmer around food, I get plenty to eat and I'm so much stronger than before even though my training intensity has been the same.
