My goal was to lose body fat % and create a more sustainable, relationship with food. I love 15 pounds so far!
I started my nutrition journey almost 3 years ago before my wedding. My first coach (on another program) was incredible and with me every step of the way. I had a lot of success but was restricted to what I could/couldn't eat. After some time, I decided to go off on my own and further educate myself on macro/micronutrients, experiment with what my body needed, liked, didn't like, etc. and in the process gained some weight, lost some weight and repeat.
I came to WAG to get back on track and see what they had to offer as a program. I have nothing but positive things to say since starting WAG 6 months ago. My coach is seriously the best and I am so, so grateful that our paths crossed and that he is my coach. I've started exploring a lot of different foods, been satisfying cravings while still staying within my macronutrients and learning a lot about myself mentally, physically and emotionally. I feel incredible in the gym, performance has improved and I am so excited to continue working with WAG and my coach to see what else we can continue to work on! It is amazing what our bodies are capable of if we treat them with grace, love, and respect.
