To lose weight while gaining strength - I have lost 20 pounds so far.
The WAG program has given me all the tools to reach my physical goals while empowering me to improve my mindset with respect to fitness and weight loss. I was one of those people who thought the only way to lose weight was to restrict or follow a fad diet that ultimately resulted in me gaining back any weight I had lost and more. As a full-time engineer and Ph.D. student, WAG has made it possible to reach my goals while also balancing my busy lifestyle. I also suffer from anxiety and depression and I can’t overemphasize how positive the mental changes I have experienced with WAG have improved my life inside and outside the gym. I couldn’t have accomplished even half of what I have in the past 9 months without the support of my wonderful coach and WAG community.
