As of this very moment, I am down 1.8 kg (4 lbs.) from my original starting weight. It;'s a bit of a wig out when you think about it, you are eating all the time, even times where you really don't want to and still losing consistent weight and body fat. But at the end of the day, that's why I decided to commit to this program, I doubt I would have discovered this about myself and nutrition if I never started or remained consistent with my program.
This program is worth every cent. I have always wanted to be more educated when it comes to nutrition and what it takes to live a balanced lifestyle, this program is key. I mean from what I have picked up and learned in a few short months has honestly changed the way I live my day to day and I couldn't be happier with how everything is turning out. Plus some of us are privileged enough to be dealing with food all day every day in our lives, so doesn't it make sense to understand and be educated in what we are feeding our bodies.
I understand that I can only speak about my experiences with this program, but this program has the capacity to change lives for the better. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.
