I joined WAG to lean out and get stronger, I have lost 23 pounds!
WAG has been a life saver for me. It gave me the tools that I need to be able to eat healthy and learn to eat intuitively. When I started WAG it was to get lean and stronger. I could see my CrossFit coach was looking great so I asked her what she was doing, she told me about WAG. I researched and joined. I had no idea how much it would do in my life, it was my strength. My mom was passing away from colon cancer and through the first 2.5 months on WAG, I was taking care of her. The only thing I could control was my food, everything else was out of my hands.
It gave me peace and calmness and clarity through those months of watching my mom pass away. Since then it has kept me going as well. Keeping me balanced, focused and remembering that I want and need to be healthy for my family. This last year I have also become a mom of a soldier and a mother in law, most importantly a grandmother of twins. A baby girl and a baby boy. God has blessed me with the ability to stay on WAG with my coach guiding me, and becoming a grandparent. My coach was so empowering through it all. She encouraged me when I was at my worst, reminding me that I was blessed with many things. I have gotten lean and more importantly stronger. My lifts and endurance are great. My mom wanted me to be healthy and I give the WAG program the credit for helping me start this journey.
