My primary goal was to become a mindful eater. I had NO CONTROL over what I was eating or when I was eating.
I've lost 85 lbs (+many inches) and still going strong!
For me, WAG is the perfect balance of accountability and flexibility that makes this program the best. I believe EVERYONE HAS A SHOT to achieve their goals in a sustainable way. It took a lot of hard work and trial and error during the first couple of months but it was worth it. The best part is that each day is a new opportunity to do your best.
