My goals were... I think it was abs, may have thrown in something about wanting to use nutrition to better perform at the gym too, but definitely had abs as a goal. Lol! I lost ~20 lbs in the first 6 months and been maintaining at ~15 lbs lower than my starting weight for the past 6-ish months.
I absolutely love WAG and my coach. It's so much more than just another nutrition program and I have seen tremendous results from it. Besides losing a few pounds, gaining more muscle definition and being able to maintain that progress over the past year - which is already enough to make me tell anyone this program is totally worth it - the thing I am most proud of is the mental changes I've made with the help and support from WAG. When you check-in with your coach, you're not just telling them what you ate and how much you weigh, you're also telling them how you're doing and at the very least how your energy, mood, stress, and hunger have been. The act of taking a moment to actually pause and check-in with yourself on how you're doing so that you can tell your coach about it is so powerful for your nutrition and so many other parts of life (if you want it to be).
I've been wanting to change career paths into fitness and nutrition for a while now and working with WAG has inspired me to take action towards that goal. I can't wait to start helping others in my community in the way that WAG has helped me!
