My goal was to lose 30 pounds of fat and feel better and more energetic which I successfully achieved!
I had a really positive experience with WAG! The program helped me to realize how to measure my intake of food. I didn’t go hungry by any means, but I learned to stop when I hit my macros. I also learned a lot about foods that I could eat more of in order to not be hungry. It wasn’t a perfect process by any means, but I was able to find what worked for me with help from my coach.
