I wanted to build muscle, lean out, increase nutrition knowledge, and build healthy habits. I've lost 13 lbs and seen roughly a 7% decrease in body fat.
For me, WAG is more than the physical changes everyone can see. This program truly changed my life and is a core part of who I am today. It has helped me become a physically and mentally happier, healthier woman. I have struggled with food relationships my entire life. It wasn’t until WAG that I was able to understand my tendencies, establish consistency, build better habits, and create a relationship with food and my body that I am proud of.
