I love that WAG doesn't offer a quick fix with the latest fad. They make it clear that you have to work at it and stay focused on your goals, but also give you support and accountability.
I've maintained my goal weight for four months now, so I feel as though I've made lasting changes and I have tools that I can always fall back on. I even managed to survive a visit to the home of the Danish pastry, Copenhagen! My coach has been awesome support, with spot-on insights every time.
