To maintain strength while leaning out to adequately sit within the 63kg weight class in order to not have to cut weight. I now regularly sit between 61-62kg depending on how rigorously I adhere to my macros. Regardless of where life takes me, I still track EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!
When I started the program I weighed in at 65.8kg with the following measurements: 34.5" chest, 30" waist, 38" hips. After 6 months on the program, I weighed in at 61.0kg with the following measurements: 34.5" chest, 28.25" waist, 37" hips. My numbers at 6-months have reflected the past 5 months and I cannot wait to continue succeeding on this program.
AMAZING. Having tried cookie-cutter athletic nutrition programs before, I was eager to find something sustainable.
