The program is great. By working with a coach you are held accountable in a way that while you have the help and resources needed to meet your goals you are also forced to ensure that you put forward the hard work required to meet your goals. With the help of Hillary I would get my Macro changes weekly and would work hard to make sure I was consistent in hitting those and tracking how I felt both in and out of the gym so that I could relay that information to my coach. Working together with her I learned what type of foods and macros best best fit my goals and the way I felt daily so that even after reaching my goals with WAG I could continue to have the knowledge needed to take care of myself so that I am properly fueled and recovered both daily and pre/post workout. Even while losing weight and going down a weight class I have set PR's in both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk and my squat numbers have stayed consistent with where they were when I started the program. Hillary and WAG helped me get to where I am now in 4 months when I had been trying on my own for probably 2-3 years with no nutritional direction. The program has been instrumental in helping me with my body composition but learning what types of foods and how much to eat has been the best part.
