I initially wanted to lose weight and still maintain my strength. I've 27 pounds with the WAG program. I've added 5 pounds since then.
I love the guidance of the WAG program having my coach encourage me and help me with all of my goals and keep me accountable when I lose my way at times. I was at first lackadaisical with the program, but when I saw the slow beginning results when I actually took a full initiative on the program I excelled. I still have a long way to go, but I look forward to continuing on with the nutritional guidance my coach has to offer me monthly on the WAG Alumni Program.
