To lose weight, gain strength, and improve my relationship with food
I joined WAG three months after giving birth to my third baby in 4 years. I looked in the mirror and had no clue who was looking back at me. I'm a bit different than the typical WAG'er. I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition. Despite my best efforts, I wasn't able to translate my knowledge into real results for myself. Enter WAG! I'm down 30lbs, I've increased every one of my lifts, and I'm running faster than I ever have. But, my real transformation has happened on the inside. This change didn't happen overnight I struggled, but sure enough with the help of my coach, Hillary I soon started to see my body change and with it the way I fueled my body. I can now confidently say I have a healthy relationship with food. I feel in control of my emotional connections with food and after struggling for so long, it's an amazing feeling!
