I originally joined WAG in an effort to break a weight loss plateau. I wanted to get my body down to the 10% body fat range. I originally went from 195 lbs to 169 lbs giving me a loss of 26lbs. At 6ft 2inch I felt I had some major room for muscle development and altered my goals. I am now in a bulking phase and have put on seven pounds. My overall goal is to be at 185lbs and 10% body fat.
The WAG program is excellent. I tried several other programs on my own and was even doing calorie counting before joining the team. I found a way to lose 40lbs this way but found myself stuck for several months without any improvement. There are several WAG members at my CrossFit box so I decided to give it a try. The response was quick after I filled out the form and within a few days, I was up and running. The website system is intuitive and has tons of information in the knowledge base section to support you. The coaching is excellent and was the key to my success. You are held accountable while also having someone support you when you fall. Sticking to a consistent routine has its ups and downs but after looking back over the six months the improvements are undeniable. If you are stuck and want to see results the WAG community can help.
