I am an anesthetic nursing student, a mother of two youngsters, a wife and a dog owner who has a lot to do. I practice CrossFit 6 times a week and by controlling my diet I have far more energy to handle all the things that need to be done. I sleep better and overall feel better both in my mind and body.
