I joined WAG with the goal to dial in my nutrition and get it under control. I was exercising but not seeing any more difference, I wanted to feel better overall. I wanted more knowledge about nutrition and how to fit it into an everyday very busy schedule!
Since joining WAG I have lost about 8-9 pounds, and it fluctuates still. I wasn't really concerned about my weight, that wasn't the initial goal, I just wanted to look better, feel better, and get stronger!
I love the WAG program. I love how it is all-inclusive, you truly can eat anything you want so you don't feel restricted, you just have to be smart about it. That has made a huge impact on my life. I've done other diets on my own (Paleo, Whole 30) and while those were fine I like that WAG allows me to fit any food into my day as long as I plan for it. It enforces the "everything in moderation" mentality but it also keeps me in check, which I was unable to do on my own. They hold me accountable, teach me, and I look forward to setting goals with my coach and reporting back each week.
