My goal was to become leaner and create a better relationship with food.
I began this journey at 140 pounds. I am all the way down to 125 lbs!
The WAG program has been absolutely life-changing. Prior to this journey - I had no relationship with food. I "thought" that I was eating all of the "right" things and was so lost on why I was not satisfied with my body and not seeing any change/results.
I did not think that my body was needing a significant change - but I wanted to make a few adjustments (toning/learning correct food portions). I lost 15 POUNDS by eating MORE and learning about the right foods to put in my body. It has been 2 months since graduating the program and I have been able to keep the weight off and continue with my lifestyle because I was taught and trained on how to care for my body and adjust my nutrition to what my body needs.
My coach has been wonderful in supporting me, guiding me, and reminding me that it's OK when we make mistakes - it is the big picture and OVERALL consistency that we are looking for. Showing others that eating right can be delicious, emotionally, and physically beneficial and positively life-changing is what this program is all about.
