I have been a member of WAG for about two years, I took about a year off when I became pregnant. My initial goal was to lean out and gain strength. After I had my second child my goal became to lose the baby weight, gain strength, and have the energy necessary to chase after two little ones.
I love the flexibility of the WAG program, I love that I don't feel guilty if I eat a slice of pizza or some other indulgence. I love the mental and emotional strength this program has given me in terms of creating a long-lasting healthy relationship with food.
