My goal was to have the energy to be able to fulfill my job responsibilities, teaching sessions, and my running program since I run marathons (double sessions per day) and enjoy time with my family.
I was not looking to lose weight, but have the energy to meet my commitments, even with this focus I lost 7-9 pounds, my clothes are one size smaller and I feel fantastic. So, I do not have an external transformation, but my inner transformation is huge.
My coach has been a great guide during this process, she shares information to educate me on the foods that help me most to my goals, quotes, YouTube examples, always available to make changes during the week and work towards my running goals. She suggested meditation and now I have 350 meditation sessions of at least 10 minutes each. I meditate waiting for the plane, early in the morning, and my mind is stronger. The feeling of being accompanied by someone who really cares is just great! As a coach, she encourages me and reminds me of the great effort and consistency I have had. She´s just great! The weekly information that WAG shares inspires me to go beyond!
