We are excited to interview our fellow WAG coach, Jessica Holton. She is a graduate of MSU and taught for 6 years, is Girls Gone Strong certified for prenatal and postnatal nutrition coaching and training, and has been a WAG nutrition coach for 6 years. Not to mention she’s also married to Josh with their second baby arriving soon!

Jess loves working with clients from all walks of life, especially those transitioning into lives as new parents (it’s her jam). Jess explains how she applies her teaching mantra “Excuse the mess, we’re learning in here” in coaching clients to understand that getting 1% better every day is progress while still being able to make mistakes along the way.
