  • 360 grams of Bolthouse Premium Sweet Petites Baby Carrots
  • Regular Maple Grove Farms Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Brown sugar (optional)
  • Butter (optional)

Maple Carrots

This recipe is an alternative to the classic Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots, which can have up to 46 grams of fat and 86 grams of carbs!

Instructions

    In a large skillet bring 1 inch of water to a boil.

    Add carrots to the water and boil for 3 mins. Drain.

    In the same skillet heat the maple syrup until warm.
