I just wanted to get better in athletic performance. I have lost weight and continue gaining muscle.
I really like the system of the WAG program. I like the simplicity of it and how easy it is to use. I like having a coach who checks with you on your weekly progress and always provides you with feedback, gives you different scenarios, short stories, motivational speeches, etc. This allows you to think about and focus more on your goal. I had an injury during a race, therefore, I didn't win in my category. I felt like I didn't want to continue racing due to disappointment and my coach sent me a story that helped me change my mind and gave me the strength to continue with my racing journey.
