This program is nothing short of amazing! I am European and delicious (fatty/carby) food is very important in our culture, so I had to reprogram the way I thought about food my entire life. This is the first time I have been successful at losing fat and not feeling like I was starving or wanting to binge everyday. The emotional support and mental accountability involved in the coaching is so important. I have learned more about nutrition and myself in the past 6 months than I have my entire life! I have been successful even though I have been traveling about 75% of this 6 months. It isn't always easy, but WAG is life changing and worth every single penny. People ask me all the time what I do, and I have had a couple even join WAG after talking with me. It is awesome that the results speak for themselves!
I have always been active, playing sports all through high school and then when I got to college I was running, but eating horrible. I gained 30lbs when I moved out of my parents house. All that time wasted on the treadmill, when I could have just stopped eating so much! Hindsight! After I graduated, I focused on myself again and lost the weight doing South Beach Diet and Paleo (a couple times because I gained it back a couple times) and since 2012 I had been keeping pretty steady, but being on WAG is the happiest and fittest I have ever been.
