To maintain a body weight of 53kg while training so I do not need to cut for competitions.
I used to train around 55kg and cut weight for competitions. This required me eating very minimal carbs in the few weeks leading up to competitions and having to manipulate my water intake days before any meet. My energy was low, and I was not fueling my body properly for training. Since joining WAG, I have not had to cut for competitions, and have been able to eat all day long before a late weigh-in, something that would have not been possible with my old strategy. I feel more confident on the platform knowing that I have been training at the same weight as I compete at, and the best part is I have only gotten stronger since joining WAG. Hayden has been really responsive to my needs and has tailored my program as necessary. I am very grateful for his support!
