To get down to 10-12% body fat while increasing size and strength.
So far, I have lost 32lbs. I went from 209 to 177 and from a 40” waist to a 32.5” waist. I had a series of injuries in 2014 that left me pretty weakened. I spent most of 2015 just stuffing my face and lifting in an effort to get back to where I was. Then I realized that I looked terrible and I wanted to cut a significant amount of weight.
I have really loved this program so far. The weight loss started almost immediately for me and there has only been one week where it stalled briefly. I have successfully lost a lot of weight on my own before, but it has never been this easy before. It’s very simple to get the hang of, especially if you’re already familiar with flexible dieting. It didn’t require any severe calorie or macro restrictions. I never felt like I was starving or not eating enough. I was able to lose a large amount of weight with very minimal strength loss, most of which can be attributed to the fact that I was injured for most of the three months spent cutting. I was however able to make noticeable size gains, especially in my shoulders and lats. My coach Hillary Rizor was very helpful, informative, and prompt with her replies to my emails. But by far the very best part of this program is that I’ve been able to lose weight while eating ice cream pretty much every day. The value of that really can’t be overstated.
