When I joined WAG, my goals were to better my relationship with food, come to love the reflection I see in the mirror, better my performance in the gym, and gain lean muscle. I have lost 15 pounds.
I am forever grateful for WAG. Finally taking the step to join is something I am and will be forever thankful for. WAG has not only bettered my relationship with food and removed the 'good' and 'bad' labels from my food, but also made planning, prepping and eating fun. I no longer am scared of food, but see it as fuel...fuel to hit a good workout, fuel to work 12-hour shifts in an ICU, fuel to do things with my family. WAG has changed my life.
